Terms of Service

Enacted 2026.07.26 · v1.0

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using the content and features provided by FomoLog (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

2. Conditions of Use

The Service can be used free of charge by anyone, with no membership fee or payment required. Social login (Kakao/Naver) is an optional convenience for syncing favorite reports and watched stocks across devices; all content and features are provided identically regardless of login status.

3. Nature of the Content

The content provided by the Service consists of factual summaries based on publicly available information such as disclosures (DART) and press reports, change-context notes, and the FOMO score (a simple after-the-fact price change relative to the publication-date closing price). The Service does not provide comprehensive opinions, buy/sell recommendations, target prices, or investment guidance, and no content should be construed as investment solicitation or advice.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not commercially redistribute the Service’s content for purposes other than its intended use, access the Service through abnormal means (such as large-scale automated scraping), or interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. Advertising Operations

The Service generates revenue solely through Google AdSense auto ads and does not operate paid subscriptions, payments, or premium tiers. Ads are not placed within report bodies and are shown only in areas clearly separated from content; whether or which ads are shown has no bearing on report content.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Information provided by the Service is a factual summary based on public information, and responsibility for investment outcomes rests solely with the user. The operator and the content-generation system (FomoLog Agent) do not engage in front-running of covered stocks before or after a report is published, and cited materials (disclosures, press reports, etc.) are attributed with source and as-of date in the body.

7. Changes, Suspension of Service, and Governing Law

The Service may change its content composition or features, or temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service, as operationally or technically necessary, and will announce material changes in-service in advance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
